supervision or a similar financial sector regulatory authorities. Ideally IT skills as demonstrated in
similar assignments, where designing protocols for data submission forms, organizing the
database, and preparing computerized reports from the data were required
In addition to the key staff mentioned as above, the consultant should have the following other staff as
below;
Automation of Foreign Exchange Auction and Daily Exchange Rate Survey IT System
Development expert: Advanced university degree in IT, economics, finance, business
administration, public administration, management or other relevant qualification with more than
5 years of progressively responsible experience in foreign exchange auction or daily exchange rate

survey automation or similar function, with a similar financial sector regulatory authority. Ideally
IT skills as demonstrated in similar assignments.
10. Audit Department Automation IT System Development expert: Advanced university degree
in IT, economics, finance, business administration, public administration, management or other
relevant qualification with more than 5 years of progressively responsible experience in central
bank audit and IT departments, with a similar financial sector regulatory authority. Ideally IT
skills as demonstrated in similar assignments.
All individuals should be fluent in English with excellent writing skills. Knowledge of local languages
would be an asset.
