Additional advantage would be a person with exposure to ISO-9001/2 and OHSA 18001 certification procedures and compliance.
In addition to work experience and background, the personality will also be very important. The candidate has to be a self starter capable of setting his own agenda and plans, have a very positive and outgoing personality with a "take charge" attitude meaning leadership qualities. This will be a permanent position in the company.
