Each Subject in charge will get an allowance of QRs. 150/- per month. <br /><br />10. All Teachers who complete one full academic year of service will get the vacation <br />salary for 2 months. Two of a teacher’s children will get 50% concession in Tuition fees and the <br />second child will get 50% concession in Special fees also.<br /><br />12. The teacher and two of his / her children can commute free in the School Bus.<br /><br />13. As per Qatari Labour Law, gratuity / end-of-the-service benefits is calculated by <br />taking 21 days per year into account ( for the first five years ). From the 6 th year, it will be calculated by taking one month per year into account. A Teacher should have completed a minimum of one year in order to get gratuity / <br />end-of-the-service benefits.<br /><br />14. Teachers are not allowed to resign during the middle of a term. If resigned,<br />their salary for the remaining days of that month or the remaining month / <br />months of the term will be deducted from the final settlement. All expenses<br />incurred in the process of their recruitment will be recovered from them.<br /><br />15. If teachers fail in the medical examination which they have to undergo in Qatar <br />or if they do not perform well, they will be sent back at their own expense. <br />School will not provide air ticket / air fare. <br /><br />16. If teachers have been shortlisted for PSC / State Board / Central Board <br />vacancies, their selection as teachers in Birla Public School remains invalid. If <br />they reach Doha hiding this factor, and later get posting in any of the vacancies <br />and want to go back, they will have to bear all the expenses borne by the School<br />until then.<br /><br />17.
