Sales Executive -AUTOPARTS– one vacancy each for OMAN/KUWAIT/QATAR

Purpose
To do the Selling of ZF Products, Spare parts disbursements. To do Sales Planning, Meeting existing customers, promoting the Parts & Services Business, relationship building; researching the market and related products; presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face. To Assist the Management in the company’s Sales activities and weekly/ monthly/Annual Reporting. To contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all Sales and Services department tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
Core duties and responsibilities
 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
 Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
 Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
 Gathering market and customer information;
 Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
 Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
 Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
 Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
 Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
 Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
 Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
 Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
 Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.






Knowledge requirements

 Knowledge of Driveline Technology & Product.
 Understanding of Automobile Spare Parts and Industry.
 Sales Background
 Computer skills
 Numerate

Language Requirements

 Must be Very good in English
 Arabic or One of the Asian Languages would be an added advantage.

Salary Levels

 Basic Salary AED 6,000-AED 8,000 + Monthly Sales Commission
 Automobile + Allowance will be provided.
 No preference of Nationality

Other Requirements

 Driving Licence needed
 2-3 Years Middle East Selling Experience

Target Joining Date & Visa

 Date of Joining would be before sept 2011
 Will be provided with an onshore visa.
