Plant Inspector, Mechanical: 30 positions

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3-year experience or Diploma in Engineering/Under Graduate Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10-year experience as Plant Inspector in oil/gas business. Must have worked with but not limited to the following equipment: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, columns & etc. Familiar with plant repair and maintenance, NDT, welding, stress relieving, hydro testing, turn around and other mechanical/plant inspection activities.

Experienced & Knowledge in the following: OSI-Onstream Inspection; TML – Thickness Measurement Location, Repair of Piping, Pressure Vessels & Tanks. Familiar with Relief Valves. Carry out CUI – Corrosion Under Insulation Inspection, Chemical Injection Point Survey, External inspection of vessels & pipings, Retirement thickness of piping, familiarity with with Heat Exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks. Internal inspection and hydrotesting of valves.

Conversant with various international codes such as API-510, 570, 653 ASME B31.3l, VIII, IX & others. Certification of AWS, CSWIP and/or API is desirable.
