The Company has secured the work to Design, Supply and Install the full façade (including glass balustrades) for a major development in the UAE and is seeking to employ a Senior Project Manager to manage the works from design through to final account. The candidate should have experience in the following aspects of project management for large curtain walling projects:
• Design – Work with world class international architects and external design consultants. The management of specialist sub-contract design resources.
• Procurement – Involving high quality products being purchased from many countries with deliveries by sea and air.
• Production – Dealing with phased deliveries from satellite facilities and co-ordination of the works with Design, Procurement and Installation.
• Installation – Operating with a multinational workforce on high rise buildings within densely populated conurbations.
It is essential that the PM has a PMP qualification as well as 5 years plus experience within the curtain walling industry.

• Involved in planning and implementation of transition of products into the Aspen portfolio
• Coordinate distributor demand rolling forecast process
• Oversee orders, invoicing and customer adjustment process
• Perform credit analysis, monitor customer credit and aging
• Follow up on customer payments
• Managing system processes and internal controls for Order-to-Cash cycle
• Preparation of budgets
Qualifications & Experience:
• 4 years minimum experience in Order-to-Cash/Receivables department
• Finance or Business Administration degree
• Process-oriented with the ability to create or evaluate and improve existing processes
• Project management experience and attention to detail
• Excellent communication – fluency in English, interpersonal and teamwork skills
