Overall purpose and objective of this position
To develop & deploy processes and systems to ensure completion of top end & prestigious projects as per scheduled timelines adhering to all the required specifications and world class standards.

Review of Designs & Blue prints put forward by team and consultants and technical assistance to them for customization as per requirements.

Formulate and monitor implementation of internal business processes pertaining to quality, safety, environment, contracts, quantity surveying, billing, settlement of cases etc.
4
Prepare BOQ’s, technical, commercial & quality specifications and deliverables for tendering.
5
Ensure bottom line Construction Budgets and financial modeling of the construction projects.
6
Oversee & monitor project progress & assuring contractor is performing as per contract specifications.
7
Highlight issues in designs during construction and discuss them with Design and Architectural Group for necessary modifications.
8
Prepare & manage master project schedule and ensure completion of projects as per schedules.
9
Coordination with Architects, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & other utility departments/contractors for integration and execution of these facilities.

Identify vendors for execution of projects and obtain detailed cost bids and select appropriate subcontractors/vendors for services and materials.

Ensure resource mobilization at site as per project requirements and also ensure physical security of the material at site.

Develop MIS formats for highlighting deviations & issues at project to ensure timely communication of information from the field to management on issues of cost, quality, schedule and safety.

Conduct technical training of the key people in the organization to build the capacity of the team.

Address claims / disputes arising during the project completion and ensure timely and cost effective resolution of contract claims/disputes.

Conduct periodic audit of the projects and highlight deviations & take corrective actions to reduce business risks.
16
Implement EHS policy for construction at site.
Qualification required for this position
Civil Engineering and PG in Project Management.
Experience required for this position
15-20 Years of experience in Top end Residential (High Rise) & Hotel Projects , who will have keen eye for attention to detail, value engineering, sound technical bases
.
The candidate must be foreign national having similar experience, ready to relocate to India . Foreign national having similar work experience in India will be preferred.

We are looking for a first class offset printing operator to operate a web offset printing machine with alcohol dampening to print continuous forms, computer forms and business forms , also to operate sheet fed offset machines with conventional dampening model KORD Heidleberge one color ( in SUDAN ).
The operator should have ten years plus experience in the full color printings with the following conditions:
1 - Working days are six days per week.
2 - Working hours are ten hours per day including half an hour for breakfast and another half an hour for lunch.
