o Must have Corporate Governance experience

o Salary between ONE Million Rand (our currency) and THREE Million Rand (this is VERY high for us)
o Position based in Durban – South Africa
o They will consider foreign nationals but must have the necessary background
o Expertise in Roman Dutch Law
o Salary Range:5,00,000-6,00,000
