Job Description:-
10-15 years experience in Real estate and facility management at middle to senior level management of medium to large size company in the Gulf region. Preferably in Bahrain
Managing property portfolios of the company and its clients,
Negotiating brokerage transactions and supervising property developments and services.
Ability to direct and coordinate operations by achieving profit and revenue targets, while taking charge of sales/planning, marketing/promotion, business development and client satisfaction.
To manage real estate for owners, renting property, negotiating leases, maintaining asset value, brokerage for property services, property development and other related services. To advise owners about local real estate market to guide their investment decisions.
Self-motivated, dynamic, ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic, customer-oriented, results and growth-focused, and team leader
Education: Any graduation preferably an MBA or equivalent.
Age: 35-45 years
Experience: 10-15 Years
