This position involves cost and/or pricing administration on revisions to the existing contract for client and is the principle price development estimator and tracking advisor. Responsible for developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific directorate/ departments including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, market research, and process development. The position interacts daily with all levels of project management. The incumbent is responsible for the development of positive working relationship with the customer; the government agency and supported directorates and departments. Under general supervision this position is responsible for the proposal process functions for the project. Incumbent will carry out all duties in accordance with ISO 9000 Quality and Safety Standards. Experience needed minimum 8 years.
