- Quarterly Bonus Up to one month Salary

Skill Level :
- 3 year Degree (Preferred from relevant specialization)

5 – 7 years relevant Sales & marketing experience (at least 2 years of recent exposure to west Africa Market).

Duties and Responsibilities
S Care for the company’s brand & monitor competitors strategy and product portfolio
S Monitoring competitors’ strategy & product portfolio
S Motivate & Train Floor Sales staffs
S Demand forecasting and sales planning
S Monitoring the activities from production to sales by SCM support
S Monitoring daily secondary sales.
S FSM training for better understanding of new features and models.
S Creating selling approach for every model
S Product launching program with competitive promotion plan
S Enhance Product training and In-store communication (POP)
S EOL management
S Price guideline management
S PSI and long term Stock Management
S A/R Management
S
Support distributor merchandising team for training and other queries
S Opening up opportunities for other business with operators
S Prepare marketing plan for lying stock to strengthen LG - Operator relationship
