1. Construction Superintendent: the following are the minimum requirement for the construction superintendent:

· BS in Civil Engineering. Documentation/certificate or transcripts should be provided.

· Licensed Civil Engineer. Documentation/Certificate or evidence of active professional registration should be provided.

· At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar positions. Please complete the enclosed form A for the two most recent projects undertaken. Provide all information requested.



2. Quality Control Manager: the quality control manager should meet the following minimum requirements:

· BS in any engineering discipline, preferably civil engineering. Documentation/certificate or transcripts should be provided.

· At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar positions. Please complete the enclosed form for the two most recent projects undertaken. Provide all information requested.

· Licensed Civil Engineer. Documentation/Certificate or evidence of active professional registration should be provided.



3. Senior Electrical Engineer: the senior electrical engineer should meet the following minimum requirement:

· BS in Electrical Engineering. Certificate or transcripts should be provided.

· At least 10 years of experience in the same or similar positions. Please complete the enclosed form for the two most recent projects undertaken. Provide all requested information.

· Active professional registration/professional electrical engineer. Certificate or evidence of active professional registration should be provided.



4. Senior Civil Engineer: the senior civil engineer should meet the following minimum requirement:

· BS in civil engineering, certificate or transcripts should be provided as an evidence

· At least 10 years of experience in the same or similar positions. Please complete the enclosed form for the two most recent projects undertaken. Provide all requested information.

· Active professional registration/professional or licensed civil engineer. Certificate or evidence of active professional registration should be provided
