LOOKING FOR A EXPERIENCED DEMAND MANAGER FOR A PHARMA MAJOR

Purpose: This position involves leading demand management, order-to-cash, customer service, transition of Pharmaceutical
products to distributors around the world, and managing a team to do the same. The position requires sound business
acumen, project management and experience in Demand, Supply and Finance

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
• Manage & develop Commercial Services team in Mauritius supporting distributors in nearly 100 countries
• Own & lead all demand management activities including demand forecasting & order process, sales & operations
activities, tender management, inventory management, and coordinating supply contingency options to ensure
continuity of supply
• Own & lead order-to-cash, customer service operations, accounts receivables, credit control, trade debtors,
intercompany reconciliation, collections, aging, invoicing, related internal controls, & be involved in pertinent
contractual negotiations & implementation
• Coordinate & lead cross-functional & cross-affiliates improvement activities & projects relating to the demand
management model, supply/demand initiatives, and related commercial projects
• Lead transformation projects to integrate products into portfolio
• Ensure proper management of customer relationships, internally & externally
• Part of Leadership team to maintain, enrich, and set future state for a world class working environment & culture of
Aspen

Qualifications & Experience:
• 10 years minimum experience in Demand Planning
• Experience in Order-to-Cash/Receivables, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
• 5 years minimum experience managing a team of people & leading projects or cross-functional activities
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry required
• Leadership & project management skills to be able to coordinate complex cross-stream projects
• Excellent communication – fluency in English, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced international environment
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
