JOB PURPOSE
To achieve individual sales target and higher customer satisfaction indexwhile staying within the framework of the company’s guidelines
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE-Reports to the Assistant Manager Fleet, Manager Fleet, Divisional Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the Deputy Manager– FleetTo undertake business development contacts daily and/or customervisits as per the standards set by the Fleet manual.To scope the customer requirement and submit the quotation accordingly as per the company guidelinesTo submit daily Call Reports, Hot Prospects, and Lost Orders, andcombined monthly reportsTo persuade the customer towards Nissan Products, emphasisingfeatures and merits, without discounting the brand, to continuouslyenhance the image of YKA & Nissan in the eyes of CustomerTo update the customer data base and utilise it to enhance referrals and salesTo ensure good product knowledge and information about the Nissan products and competitors models, utilise this information to enhance the sales conversion ratioTo achieve higher Fleet customer satisfaction index and handlecustomer queries or complaints very carefully, reporting on same tothe Deputy Manager/Assistant Fleet Manager• To propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvalsfor the customers and convert to the sales• To develop long term relationship with fleet customers to enhance thesales• To offer and conduct test drives with every new fleet customer• To actively participate in all Nissan sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales• To make pre and post sale telephone calls to the customer• To liaise with administration and PDI to ensure that the car delivery tothe customer is made within 3 days, and the new car delivery processis followed• To adhere to the company policies, Decorum, Punctuality and Dress code

Overcoming customer objection to buying a NissanCustomer complaint handling Dealing with delivery problemsCustomer Feedback to the Management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES Essential:• National Diploma in Sales and Marketing with 2 years in sales• Flair for selling• Passion for meeting targets• Presentation Skills• Good personality• Bilingual• Communication skills (written and oral)• Valid GCC license Desirable:
National Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 1-2 years experience in a similar work field
