SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST (CAREER DEVELOPMENT) FOR A LARGE KUWAIT OIL COMPANY

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of line HR experience with experience in the Training & Career Development function preferably in upstream oil & gas industry. Downstream O&G experience also will be considered.
Degree in Engineering discipline (Petroleum Engineering, Geology & Geophysics preferred).
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform Training and Career Development activities e.g. execution of Individual Development
Plans, registration, monitoring, course booking for HO employees.
Able to conduct Succession Planning
Able to conduct and set up Coaching and Mentoring Programs
Able to conduct Development plans for Technical staff: both G&G and Engineer
Must have Technical background Upstream Oil and Gas with experience in Administration, HR, Finance, Commercial and Corporate Planning.
Participate in the preparation of the training budget
Must be able to gauge and conduct analysis of employee competencies and identify employee gaps for further training and building skill.
Help in assessing competency gaps of employees in order to accurately identify development needs by analysing the employees training and performance history.
Administer and assist in maintaining client Training Policies and Procedures.
Prepare Training Plans.
